Ovulation Predictor #1: Cervical Mucus

Cervical mucus is one of the best signs of ovulation. Checking your cervical mucus on a daily basis is an excellent way to predict ovulation.

As you get closer to ovulation - your cervical mucus will change.

Early in your fertility cycle - you may have no cervical mucus at all. As you get closer to ovulation - you will begin to have more mucus. You will notice the most cervical mucus on the day of ovulation.

Ovulation Predictor #2: Your Cervix

The position of your cervix is another positive sign of ovulation. As you get closer to ovulation, your cervix will become softer, open slightly, and rise up slightly.

You will need to make an internal check to determine the position and softness of your cervix. Don't worry if you don't know how to do this - most women have never done a cervix check.

Here's how you can check position and softness of your cervix.

Ovulation Predictor #3: Basal Body Temperature

Your basal body temperature will go up - and stay up - after you have ovulated.
